• 12 months warranty on all machines.
• The warranty period counts from the day of delivery from Mectec
• 30 km/3 months warranty on printheads
Returned printheads must be followed by:
1) Print samples
2) The used printer settings (burn time, pause time etc.)
3) Label samples and the name of the used label material
4) Ribbon samples and the name of the used ribbon material
5) The current value of the accumulated total counter
The general rules above are valid as long as no other agreement has been made.
